Tuskegee Airmen Leather Jacket
Tuskegee Airmen Leather Jacket, designed in collaboration with Leatherings, the first company to make such a jacket in the 1980s, was commissioned by an original Tuskegee pilot from Long Island, NY, and developed jointly with Leatherings, first company to do so. It represents the bravery of these pilots, their different squadrons, and planes.
A grand victory ‘V’ back patch featuring all the airplanes flown by these airmen and an array of intricately embroidered patches on both sleeves honor the Tuskegee Airmen’s accomplishments, as well as their ability to break through racial barriers during that time.
