Our clear promise: Free worldwide express shipping. Standard items are delivered in 10 – 18 business days (processing 7 – 10, transit 3–5). Custom & bespoke orders ship in 2–4 weeks, then arrive in 3 – 5 business days
How we fulfill your order
- Processing: We cut, stitch, and finish your jacket to order.
- Quality check: Each piece is inspected for fit and finish.
- Dispatch: You receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.
- Express delivery: Your order is delivered by leading couriers.
Processing time
- Standard items: 7–10 business days (may extend to 15 during peak periods).
- Custom & bespoke: 2–4 weeks for patterning, fit checks, and finishing.
Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude public holidays.
Transit time & couriers
After dispatch, express courier delivery typically takes 3- 5 business days. We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and (for some destinations) USPS. Tracking details are emailed immediately upon dispatch.

Shipping costs
Free worldwide express shipping on all jackets unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Duties, taxes & import fees
International orders may be subject to local VAT, GST, customs duties, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing can add time to the estimates above.
Address changes & delivery attempts
- Contact us before dispatch to update your address; changes aren’t guaranteed once a label is created.
- Couriers typically make multiple delivery attempts and may require a signature.
- We cannot ship to some P.O. Boxes or military addresses; if applicable, we’ll reach out for an alternate address.
Delays & exceptions
Peak seasons, severe weather, customs inspections, remote locations, or incomplete addresses can extend delivery times. We’ll always assist with tracking and escalations if your parcel is delayed beyond the stated window.
Lost or damaged parcels
- If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days or is marked delivered but missing, contact us within 7 days of the last scan/delivery update.
- For damaged items, retain all packaging and send photos so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
Partial shipments & pre-orders
We may split items into multiple parcels to expedite delivery. If a product is on pre-order/backorder, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Order tracking
You’ll receive an automated tracking email when your order ships. If you haven’t received one within the expected processing window, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
